We know that there are many exercises on the Internet, but you’re going to love the following 5! They are done with the help of a chair! They’re going to help you eliminate those extra pounds as well as decrease all the unwanted abdominal fat that can be very difficult to get rid of.

  1. SINGLE KNEE LIFT

This is an exercise done by sitting. The right knee should be bent and pulled up to the chest. Then, use your hands to hold it for several seconds. The exercise should be repeated with the left knee, too. You can do it 3 or 4 times a day.

  1. DOUBLE KNEE LIFT

Use both hands to grab the handles of the chair as you lift the knees up to reach the abdominal area. You should feel pressure in the lower abdomen. You can repeat this as much as you want to. All of the abdominal fat will disappear very soon.

  1. DOUBLE KNEE SIDE LIFT

Sit on the chair. Lift both of the knees at the same time, but bend towards the side of the body. Then, lift the knees so that the pressure is on the waist. Change both sides and the results will be inevitable.

  1. UPPER BODY ROTATION

This is also an exercise done by sitting. The arms should be raised upwards, possibly at an angle of 45 degrees. The upper body should be turned from side to side. Rotate like this a much as you can. The abdominal fat will disappear soon and your waistline will be visibly slimmer!

  1. TOUCH YOUR TOES

Sit on the chair. The arms should be stretched by the sides resembling an airplane which needs to land. Touch the right toe with the left hand. Do the same with the left toe. The other hand which isn’t used while you touch a toe has to be stretched out.

You can also put your hands on the chair and lift the body from it. Stay lifted for several seconds and then, sit again. Breathe deeply during the whole time.
