Calcium has many important functions in the body’s work. There are numerous factors that draw calcium from the body, which are above all too much sitting, coffee, alcohol and carbonated drinks. Calcium deficiency is particularly prone to pregnant women and menopausal women, elderly men and people suffering from digestive disorders.
Egg shell contains 90 percent calcium and is the best natural source of this mineral. The body easily absorbs it because the egg shell is almost identical to the human bone and tooth.
In higher doses it not only cures symptoms of calcium deficiency and stops the development of osteoporosis but also helps against high cholesterol and elevated blood pressure and stimulates the bone marrow to produce blood cells.

Eight eggshells should be well washed, dried, sliced, poured with two lemon juice and left in the refrigerator for several days.
